Job Description

The Account Director is a key leadership role and ultimate point of accountability with our client accounts. The Account Director works closely with our mid and c-level executives to develop program strategy, revenue growth initiatives and uncover new growth opportunities.

The successful candidate must be capable of producing innovative and proven program strategies with an omnichannel approach that aligns with our client’s goals and objectives. The Account Director is expected to be a dynamic leader that builds trust while embracing innovation and the ability to make decisions confidently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction to deliver client success.
  • Prioritize and manage clients’ expectations while leading to a clear goal.
  • Planning and oversight of digital programs including account-based marketing, inbound marketing, search and display, video, social, etc.
  • Ensure excellence of team work product that align with strategy.
  • Effectively manage team efficiencies through team workflow, while balancing client projects and priorities.
  • Mentor team members and develop their skillset in accordance with their individual goals and objectives in alignment with their career path.
  • Be actively involved in new business efforts from qualifying opportunities to winning new business.

Requirements

  • Agency experience of large B2B multi-faceted organizations (global experience is a plus).
  • 7+ years of demand generation, multi-channel programs and demonstrated success.
  • Digital acumen with expertise in all digital channels.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with experience liaising with clients at senior level.
  • Demonstrable commercial experience with growing revenues and effectively managing budgets for major brands.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related discipline.
  • Management reporting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
